Keep pounds in pounds when comparing a Scottish quote. Converting it to euros without recording the exchange rate and date creates false precision.
What these examples do—and do not—prove
The lowest nightly figure above is Château de Lans at €4,550 for seven nights, or €650 per property night. The highest short-stay figure is Castello del Monsignore at €13,000 per night. That is an observed range across named examples, not an average for Europe.
An older figure of roughly $1,200 per night still appears in castle-rental articles.
